It started with a grocery run. A student we knew was skipping meals to cover rent, and it turned out she wasn't the only one. So we stocked a shelf. Then a room. Campus Grocer is still running.
Since then the pattern has repeated: notice something, refuse to look away, do the practical next thing. Sometimes that means founding a new effort. Sometimes it means funding someone who is already doing it better than we could. Always it means staying long enough for it to grow.
Jesus is the living water in each of us. We steward our time, our bodies, and our resources so that water bears fruit.
